Here on the banks of the Rietspruit Dam Recreation Resort you almost literally Camp with your feet in the water. The shady willow trees above your head and the lush green grass under your feet, make this resort a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The camping stands spacious and equal, each having a braai, power point and access to a water point. The ablution block is within walking distance of all the sites.

The dam’s power supply for its clean water is the Eye of Schoonspruit and therefore ideal for fishing and water sport enthusiast. The resort also offers facilities like a swimming pool, kiosk, cycle path, recreation hall and a playground for the younger crowd.

Besides the hospitality you will experience here, the resort is also child and pet friendly.
For less than 90 minutes’ drive from Gauteng, we are far enough from the city noise and close enough for a weekend getaway.

ESCOM: Escom supplies our electricity, thus we cannot guarantee that there will always be electricity. Please provide your own power during blackouts. Generators & gas stoves etc. are very welcome.
